UPDATE – January 19 –
- If you are planning to come to the Conference in Wichita, PLEASE MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION RIGHT AWAY!!
- Cutoff to get the RI $115 rate is Wednesday, January 25.
- After that, the hotel can charge you full price for a room!!

- Plans are underway for a full day of activities on Saturday plus Sunday morning. Plans include:
- tours of the Sharpline facility,
- trainings and presentations,
- some new product lineups,
- and more.
- Also, we are working to provide a truly unique and exciting event for a portion of the conference – we don’t want to announce it yet, because it has not been finalized.
- But don’t worry, if this event does not work out, we still have some fun events planned!!

It has been 3 years!!!…
…since we last met in February of 2020 in St Petersburg, Florida, at the east coast home of Solar Gard. Then came Covid, and for the safety of everyone involved, we had to cancel both 2021 and 2022 conferences.
But now that things are back to a ‘new normal’ it is time to get together once again!! So we are VERY HAPPY to announce our 2023 conference dates and location…
DATES & LOCATION:
Location: Sharpline Converting in Wichita, Kansas
Dates: February 25, & 26, 2023
If you recall…
… Sharpline is where it all started over 20 years ago! Sharpline was our very first supporter when ATD shut down, and has been a loyal vendor ever since.
Our very first conference after Auto Trim Design shut down was at Sharpline way back in 1999!! So for many of us, going to Wichita in 2023 will be like ‘going home’!
Times have changed and Sharpline has changed right along with them, pursuing a variety of new products. And in the last few years they have greatly expanded their operations! No doubt we will enjoy taking a tour of their newly expanded facilities!!
Tentative Agenda:
- Friday, February 24 – daytime:

- 5-7pm – ‘Hang out’ in the bar – RI staff will be there to welcome you to Wichita and to buy a round at the Doubletree by Hilton bar!
- Saturday, February 25 – daytime:
- RI Conference at Sharpline!!
- Tours, Trainings, Demos, Vendor Expo, & Association
- RI Conference at Sharpline!!
- Saturday, February 25 – evening:
- ‘Top Golf’ – a brand new facility scheduled to open in early 2023 (if it is not open yet, we will find another fun event for Saturday evening)
- Sunday, February 26 – morning:
- More conference: trainings, tours, demo’s, etc
- Wrap-up around noon for those that need to head home Sunday afternoon

- Free shuttle within 3 miles of hotel – this includes the airport, Sharpline, and over 30 restaurants! So probably no need to rent a car unless you have other places you want to go.
