We heard our customers when they said, “It would be great to speak with the Returns department directly,” and the time is now! The Grimco Resolutions team will be handling customer communication for ALL returns, along with all questions, concerns, and inquiries! We now have a direct phone number that will allow our customers to reach us, and an external email that we will communicate with our customers through.

NEW Grimco Sacramento Hub

Our newest supply hub warehouse is now LIVE at Grimco Sacramento! “Daily Distro” to San Francisco, Fresno, Portland, and Seattle will begin tomorrow, meaning lead times to Grimco customers in these areas will be cut dramatically. Contact your local branch for more information about Daily Distribution to your area, and how it will positively impact your deliveries!

3M Liner Change

Effective immediately, 3M has changed the liner of the following items: IJ35C and IJ35. This new liner will be 0.78 mils (0.02mm) thinner than the current liner. If you are using electronic cutting, please create a test cut to adjust the settings of your machine prior to starting your work. 3M’s official release is attached to this email.

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is extremely versatile for jobs requiring a flexible or formable material. While it’s often used for backlit signage, it offers benefits for other graphics as well.

• Polycarbonate by the Foot: Available in several different widths, polycarbonate is sold by the foot. Have a 20-foot cabinet that needs a new face? No problem!
